In early November DHL announced it will stop delivering within the U.S. We have utilized DHL for many years to deliver our Incentive Awards to our clients and their customers. We will continue to ship via DHL while the infrastructure for a new carrier is put in place and during that time will monitor DHL deliveries for quality assurance purposes. We are currently investigating other carriers to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible. We would ask that over the next few months and especially during the upcoming holiday season you take these unusual circumstances into consideration when placing your orders and allow more than ample time for your deliveries to reach you.
