Compass Travel Service (CT) and Incentive Travelers Cheque International (ITC) are acting as intermediaries and/ or agents or suppliers in selling or in accepting reservations or bookings for services (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) Therefore neither CT or ITC shall be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Neither CT or ITC shall be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agents' control. By embarking upon his/ her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention and use of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.

Neither CT or ITC shall be responsible for failure of supplier( s) to perform duty due to severe fire, weather, flood, order of any government authority, interruption of power services, or any other caus-es beyond their control including supplier defaults. If the traveler decides to cancel a function because of adverse conditions, traveler remains responsible under terms of cancellation.

No cash refund or replacement trips will be offered for any misused or unused portion of the travel award. All applicable taxes, local, state or federal are the responsibility of the traveler. Any alter-nations of these terms must be in writing by an authorized agent or CT or ITC.

The laws of Illinois govern any and all disputes. All travelers agree that unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such person and the company each agree to consider itself bound and to be bound by any award made by the arbitrators pursuant to this endorsement which is binding and made part of the acceptance by traveler.
