- Awards must be purchased as part of a bona fide incentive, motivation, recognition or promotion program, such as the following: sales incentive, dealer/distributor incentive, corporate gift program, customer promotion, employee recognition program or loyalty program. Awards may not be sold or bartered by you or by a travel agent or incentive company for business travel purposes. Award certificates may not be resold to the general public for individual purchase or contrary to the program as described on these Web pages.
- Minimum order of $1000.00.
- Each certificate is good
for one night.
- Awards are valid for 15 months from time of issuance. Awards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
- All prices are subject to change, and reservations are subject to availability.
- All certificates include breakfast for two each day, including tax and gratuity.
- All certificates cover room-related taxes (including VAT where available).
- Ritz-Carlton reserves the right to change the participating hotel properties at any time during the term of this Agreement.

- Drop ship, administration,
freight and insurance charges apply to all orders and are included in the
shipping amount charged.
- Due to the value of these
certificates, we use a secured carrier such as Airborne, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Please see the DHL Delivery Announcement.

This site is shopping
cart enabled and orders are processed through a secure server.
Please fill out the form and click the "Check Out Now" button at the bottom of the page to start the order process.
Our shopping cart system
allows you to order online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express only from US banks or financial institutions) or purchase
order with secure or non-secure real time processing. You
may also place your order via fax or postal mail
using credit card, purchase order number, check or money order.
You will be given further instructions for each of these options
as you process your order. We will confirm your order via
email.
If you choose to fax
(312-527-1116) or mail your order to us and are paying
by credit card, please include a photocopy of your credit
card (front and back) so that we can clearly read all numbers.

Please
note that if you choose to use a purchase order, we
cannot ship your order until we have billed you and we have
received payment for your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: After
